The arm blaster forces an absolutely strict curl by physically eliminating elbow swing. By locking the arms against the aluminium plate, it isolates the biceps more effectively than a preacher bench. Swiss shipping via DPD, delivery in 2 to 3 working days.

RDXSports.ch is the official RDX Sports store for Switzerland. Authentic model, Swiss warranty, support in EN/FR/DE.

The available model

RDX T2 Arm Blaster for bicep curl — thick aluminium plate, adjustable chain strap, neck padding. Universal size, robust construction.

Arm blaster vs preacher bench

Arm blaster (standing)
Elbows locked to plate but body upright. Biceps under tension throughout the full range, including at the bottom where the preacher bench slightly unloads. Maximum tension across the entire arc.
Preacher bench
Very effective at the top, slightly unloads at the bottom. Slightly higher risk of bicep tendon injury with excessive load.
