Are knee wraps allowed in powerlifting competition?
It depends on the federation and category. K1 is specifically IPL & USPA approved. Always check your competition rules.
How to wrap correctly?
Start just below the kneecap, wrap upward in a spiral to 5 cm above, then cross back over the kneecap. Compression should be firm but not cut circulation. Unwrap immediately after the set.
Can you wear knee wraps all day?
No. KR11 for intermittent use (per set). K1/K2 can be worn longer for light support, but remove between sessions.
