The elbow is a natural striking zone in MMA and Muay Thai — and one of the most dangerous to receive without protection. RDX elbow guards protect the joint during elbow strikes, falls and ground work, while protecting your partner during sparring. Swiss shipping via DPD, delivery in 2 to 3 working days.
RDXSports.ch is the official RDX Sports store for Switzerland. Authentic models, Swiss warranty, support in EN/FR/DE.

Muay Thai / MMA sparring / joint support → HY CE certified elbow sleeve — enhanced padding, CE and OEKO-TEX® certified, compression that supports the lateral ligament. For Muay Thai sparring and intensive MMA.

When do you need elbow guards?
MMA sparring and grappling
Elbows naturally hit the floor, knees and opponents’ heads during ground transitions. A sleeve reduces abrasions, bruises and cumulative micro-trauma.
Muay Thai sparring with elbow strikes
When elbow strikes are allowed, protection is essential for you and your partner. The HY CE certified model is the most suitable.
WAKO kickboxing competition
In semi-contact, the elbow guard is generally mandatory. The reversible WAKO model allows you to adapt the regulation colour in seconds.
Joint support / prevention
Tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, epicondylitis: gentle compression keeps warmth and supports the ligaments without immobilising the joint.
Is the reversible WAKO elbow guard mandatory in competition?
In WAKO semi-contact, yes in most rules. In full-contact, it depends on the organiser. Always check the mandatory equipment list with your federation.
Can you wear the HY sleeve all day?
For joint support, a few hours is fine. For tendinitis, consult a doctor before using prolonged compression.
Difference between the foam sleeve and the HY sleeve?
The foam OEKO-TEX® sleeve is light and flexible, ideal for ground work without direct elbow strikes. The HY CE certified sleeve has thicker padding and stronger compression — suitable for sparring with elbow strikes.
How to care for elbow guards?
Machine wash at 30°C, delicate cycle. Air dry, never tumble dry. Rinse immediately after training.
Protected elbow, safe transitions. 3 active models below, from foam OEKO-TEX® sleeve to WAKO approved elbow guard.
